deposits and policies apply differently to each individual artist within our studio, however once a deposits been taken to secure a date it is non refundable. if you are wanting to reschedule, please let your artist know within a week period and this deposit can be honoured for another date. otherwise a new deposit will be required to secure a new date if given less than 48 hours notice

The shop minimum is $150. This covers the cost of a sterile instrument set up for each client. All needles and tubes are single use and disposable, to ensure the highest safety and hygiene. You are paying for your health and safety. We use only the best equipment for you.

You can bring one friend along, but we can’t always have them sit with you. Unfortunately we don’t have room to fit large groups of friends in the waiting area, we need space for our paying clients. Please have your mates meet you after your tattoo. There are lots of cafes and shopping centres nearby for them to enjoy.

Leave wrapped up for 1-3 hours, remove wrap then shower and wash with hot soapy water. Pat dry with a clean towel. Apply a thin layer of aftercare cream 2 – 3 times per day for 2 weeks. Do not go swimming or soak the tattoo (no baths/ saunas etc) showers are fine and washing your tattoo in the shower is fine. Don't scratch or pick at your fresh tattoo. Avoid direct sunlight and don’t get sunburned, do not apply sunscreen or fake tan until your tattoo is healed. Once healed, sunscreen will preserve the brightness of your tattoo.
