1. Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo at our studio. Valid identification is required for age verification.
2. Consent Form: Prior to receiving a tattoo, clients are required to sign a consent form acknowledging their understanding of the tattoo process, aftercare instructions, and potential risks involved.
3. Design Approval: Clients must approve the final design and placement of the tattoo before the tattooing process begins. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
4. Health and Safety: Our studio maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We use sterile, single-use needles and equipment for each client to ensure a safe tattooing environment.
5. Aftercare Instructions: Clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions to promote proper healing and maintain the quality of the tattoo. It is the client's responsibility to follow these instructions.
6. Touch-up Policy: We offer a complimentary touch-up session for tattoos within a specified timeframe, typically 6-8 weeks after the initial tattoo appointment. Any touch-ups requested after this timeframe may be subject to a fee.
7. Pricing and Deposits: Pricing for tattoos is determined based on factors such as design complexity, size, and placement. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment, which will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo.
8. Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the deposit or incurring a cancellation fee.
9. Refund Policy: Deposits and payments made for tattoo services are non-refundable. In the event of extenuating circumstances, refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of the studio.
10. Copyright and Ownership: All tattoo designs created by our artists are protected by copyright laws. Clients agree that the design and artwork are the intellectual property of the artist and the studio.
11. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and comply with studio policies during their visit. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.
12. Liability Waiver: Clients acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks associated with receiving a tattoo. The studio and its artists are not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or complications that may arise post-tattooing.
